Concrete answers to your questions
Marketing is mathematics. We answer without fluff or unnecessary generalities. We recover capital where others see only costs.
What specifically do you check during the audit?
We analyze invoices from advertising and PR agencies from the last 24 months. We look for errors in the settlement of representation and advertising costs. Numbers don't lie – most companies overpay taxes due to bad service naming on invoices.
What type of companies are your services intended for?
We work for medium and large companies. Usually those whose annual marketing budget exceeds PLN 450,000. Since March 2017, we have completed 482 such projects across Poland.
Are your methods safe during a tax audit?
Yes. We rely on hard tax data and administrative court rulings from 2024. During tax audits at our clients in May 2024, officials did not challenge a single zloty.
How much time must my accounting department devote to this project?
Not much. The first risk assessment takes us exactly 140 minutes. We deliver a full report with specific conclusions and amounts to recover in 10 working days. We perform the analysis, you approve the result.
What happens if the audit does not show any errors?
You will receive a report confirming the correctness of your procedures and full tax security. However, since September 2016, we have detected errors generating overpayments in 87% of audited budgets. Marketing is mathematics, and mistakes often happen in it.
What documents do you need to start work?
We need scans of marketing invoices and contracts with agencies. We do not ask for access to bank accounts or ERP systems. Before handing over any data, we sign a hard non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
